NCHR in collaboration with Musawi, established a toll-free helpline (1413) to protect women’s marriage rights in Punjab. Housed at the NCHR Punjab office and operational Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the helpline provides access to legal information, advice, and representation on nikkahnama clauses, dower, divorce rights, and other matrimonial matters, particularly for underprivileged and illiterate women with mobility constraints.
