NCHR led the Safety and Security Working Group for the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s Digital Gender Inclusion Strategy. In collaboration with Media Matters for Democracy (MMfD) and the Digital Rights Foundation (DRF), NCHR undertook a series of targeted initiatives to promote women’s safety, participation, and representation in digital spaces, addressing online harassment, gender-based violence, and barriers to equitable digital access.
