NCHR, in collaboration with Musawi, organized a training session for Nikkah Khawan to raise awareness and strengthen the protection of women’s marriage rights. The training focused on the legal framework governing nikkahnamas, the importance of proper documentation, and the role of Nikkah Registrars in safeguarding women’s rights, including informed consent, dower, delegated divorce, and special conditions.
