Founded in 2012, Digital Rights Foundation (DRF) is a registered NGO focusing on ICTs to support equal participation in digital spaces through direct assistance, awareness-raising, research and advocacy. DRF envisions a place where all people, and especially women, are able to exercise their right of expression without being threatened.
